In case a show is cancelled due to inclement weather, all paid reservations and tables will be given a voucher for another Shakespeare in the Park performance or a performance later in our season. Please check our web site or call the box office for regular updates in case of show cancellations.

How to Get Tickets:
Choose from three options:
A) $10 General Admission
Reserve your general admission ticket ahead of time (no need to stand in line the morning of the show). General Admission audience members are seated first come, first serve on the lawn. Georgia Shakespeare subscribers get this benefit for FREE!* Subscribe today!
*One free general admission ticket per subscriber
B) Reserved Seating
Reserve your table or chair in a prime area - no waiting in line! Options for reserved seating are:
- $20 per person for a reserved chair
- $30 per person for a reserved chair and dinner at Happy Belly Truck
- $250 for a table of 6 in a prime seating area
C) Free Tickets
Come to the Piedmont Park Green Market on April 20 & 27 from 9AM - 1PM and get up to 4 FREE general admission tickets to a performance of Shakespeare in the Park. Only a limited number of tickets available for each performance.

What will my tickets look like?

Will there be food for purchase at the performance?
ALL NEW FOR 2013, we are proud to announce our partnership with Happy Belly Truck, who will be on-site with fresh meals available for purchase.
With purchases of $10 General Admission and $20 Reserved Seat tickets, recieve a FREE voucher for $1 off your purchase at Happy Belly Truck!
NEW! Patrons may now purchase a $30 reserved seat ticket that includes your chair and dinner from Happy Belly Truck.
- Food? Drinks? What can I bring?
Food and non-alcoholic beverages are encouraged! You are welcome to bring a picnic to the park just as you would to a performance at the Conant Performing Arts Center. ALL NEW FOR 2013, we are proud to announce our partnership with Happy Belly Food Truck, who will be on-site with fresh meals available for purchase. We ask that you not bring any large coolers and be mindful of the other people around you.You are welcome to bring any non-alcoholic beverages in non-glass containers. However, outside alcohol is not allowed. All alcoholic beverages must be purchased at the venue. Wine and beer will be available for purchase through the Piedmont Park Conservancy. - Why are you no longer at the Lake Clara Meer location?
We have indeed moved location! While we will miss being "at the Lake," moving to the brand new Legacy Fountain will allow us to seat twice the number of people that the Lake could seat. Plus there are other amenities like easy parking and indoor plumbing! back to top
- Where is Legacy Fountain?
If exiting the SAGE Parking facility at Piedmont Park on the bottom level, Legacy Fountain is at the end of the pathway directly to your left. - When and where can I purchase advance tickets?

- Where do I park?

- What ages is Much Ado About Nothing appropriate for?
We recommend this production for children 8 and older. All patrons require a ticket. Please use your best judgment when bringing a child to a performance; the performance may be too much for tiny ones. back to top
- What do I do when I get to the park?
When you exit the ground level of the SAGE Parking facility, you will see the Georgia Shakespeare Box Office. Our friendly box office staff is there to welcome you, distribute will call wristbands, and answer any questions you may have. If you have reserved your tickets in advance, they will be at the Box Office. No tickets will be mailed. Once you pass the Box Office with your wristband, you will head to the Picnic check point. Here, we will check to make sure that you do not have any prohibited items (see above for alcohol restrictions and a list of other items below). Next you will follow the signs and ushers to the upper lawn to get in line to enter. There will be two lines: one for reserved seating and one for general admission. Don't worry, we'll direct you where to go. The lawn opens for seating at 6 p.m. If you have reserved spaces, there will be volunteers available to direct you to your section. If you have general admission tickets, you are welcome to find a space anywhere in the general admission sections of the lawn. Relax, enjoy your picnic dinner, and buy a glass of wine or beer from our lovely hosts the Piedmont Park Conservancy. The performance will begin at 7:30 p.m. There will be one 15-minute intermission. back to top
- Can I bring something to sit on?
If you purchased a $10 General Admission or a free ticket, you are welcome to bring a blanket or a stadium/beach chair, the type with the tiny legs or none at all. Please DO NOT bring folding chairs, full-size chairs, camp chairs, lawn chairs, futons, bean bags, inflatable mattresses, or your neighbor's sofa. Please be considerate of the people sitting behind you. Shakespeare in the Park is accessible for patrons with disabilities. back to top
- Will you have swag available for me to purchase?
Our onsite gift shop will be filled with Shakespeare in the Park merchandise. Make your friends jealous of your grooviness by visiting the gift shop located on the park lawn. back to top
- Are there bathrooms available at the park location?
We have indoor plumbing!! There are bathrooms located onsite (follow the signs) and two public water fountains! back to top
- I have a really well-behaved pet. Can he/she enjoy Shakespeare in the Park?
While we all love animals, please leave your pets of all kinds at home. Due to park regulations and the mass of people around you, pets are not allowed at Shakespeare in the Park back to top
- Is there anything else I should leave at home?
Please do not bring roller blades, bicycles, scooters, folding chairs, umbrellas, radios, CD players, MP3 players, extra-large blankets or weapons of any kind. Smoking is also prohibited in the seating area. back to top
